How we've helped others
A global supply chain logistics and software company had a lot of great resources and internal expertise, but their sales team was not take advantage of these resources. Sales materials were spread across sharepoint, intranet pages and shared folders, making it cumbersome to locate something when it was needed. Email distribution lists and Yammer groups were helpful to some, but most conversations were isolated to a select group of people or not organized in a way that could benefit others. Fused established a central content and communication hub that tapped into all of their external repositories allowing for a salesperson to quickly search for content in a single area, without needing to be aware of the other content repositories, and post questions in topical areas that were monitored by subject experts and viewable to the greater community to benefit from. Simplifying access increased utilization and changed how the sales team sought answers.
